How to: sync Galaxy S4 with Outlook contacts, calendar appointments, tasks and notes, through USB cable

Samsung Galaxy S4 – the latest galaxy flagship Android-powered smartphone manufactured by Samsung, ships with Android 4.2.2. With a 5-inch Gorilla Glass made Full HD Super AMOLED screen, and the Exynos 5 Octa CPU + 2GB RAM. It is for sure to be an evolution of the prior Galaxy models (the Galaxy S3 / Note 2). If you are a heavy Outlook user, who saves contacts, calendars, tasks and notes in Microsoft Outlook, you’ll need a way to sync them with your new Galaxy S4.

How to sync Galaxy S4 with Outlook

Instructions

  1. Download and install Android-Sync from www.android-sync.com

  2. Turn on the [USB debugging] option from Galaxy S4.
    [Developer options] is hidden by default. To make it available, go to the [More] tab in the Android Settings > [About device] and tap [Build number] seven times. Return to the previous screen to find [Developer options.]

  3. Connect the Galaxy S4 to the PC.
  4. Set the syncing preferences.
  5. Done.
